Some of the delightful rooms to be found on the ground floor of this 1500m² "indiano casona", built in 1872, are a sitting room with fireplace, another sitting room with a small library containing books about Cantabria, and a glass-roofed patio. On the first floor furniture made from mahogany and from the modernist period and on the second floor lofted rooms with their original wooden beams creating a unique ambiance.
Beyond the glass-roofed patio are 5 more rooms, two of which have facilities for the disabled.
